Dr. Alexander Mishkin goes under the pseudonym "Alexander Petrov", reports Bellingcat

A British website that has conducted an investigation has named a second suspect in the Salisbury case, Alexander Mishkin.

Bellingcat says that he is a military doctor working for Russian intelligence and went to Salisbury under the pseudonym of Alexander Petrov.

Last month, the website named the first suspect Anatoliy Chepiga, an assertion rejected by Russia.

The UK thinks the two suspects are army officers who have poisoned former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia.

The open source website said that he had identified the suspect with the help of testimonials from people he knew and a scanned copy of his passport.

He was reportedly recruited by Russian intelligence services in 2010.
