Small plane crash in Fort Bend County hurts many people

SUCRE EARTH, Texas (KTRK) –

One person was injured when a small plane crashed into two cars in Fort Bend County, cutting power lines while the plane was falling from the sky.

A small crowd of locals and emergency workers can be seen on Voss Road, just west of Highway 6, while emergency crews are working to clean up places.

The authorities say that two people who were in the plane have left the scene, but a person is being treated for injuries that do not put his life in danger.

Sheriff Troy Nehls said in a tweet that the roads are closed near the scene and that power lines were reversed during the accident.

According to Centerpoint Energy, there are more than 4,000 people without electricity near the accident, but we do not know how much are attributed to the accident.
