NBC's "Saturday Night Live" inspired an alarming Fox News forecast of the caravan of asylum seekers traveling through Mexico to the United States.
The fox personality Laura Ingraham, played by Kate McKinnon, described it as a "vicious caravan" of perhaps millions of people "heading towards you and your grandchildren".
Guest Judge Jeanine Pirro, played by Cecily Strong, said: "There are Guatemalans, Mexicans, ISIS, the Menendez brothers, the Detroit Pistons of the 1990s" and "hella Aladdins".
Former Conservative Sheriff David Clarke, played by Kenan Thompson, served as an expert on migration.
"The caravan is only 800 km from our border," he said. "If these immigrants walk at a normal pace of 300 km a day, they could be here in time to vote on polling day."
"We also learned that all the women in the caravan were more than nine months pregnant," he said. "… they will literally drop anchor, and the babies, take this, are pregnant."
The Saturday night show was hosted by actor Jonah Hill.
The segment "Weekend Update" took up the theme with its co-host, Colin Jost, who announced that "a new caravan of migrants had just arrived in the Martian landscape. a-Lago "- the speaker of President Trump in Florida.
Michael Che, co-host of "Update," said that sending thousands of soldiers to the southern border to leave the caravan should not be a priority.
