You can not say much about a few days of catchy practice. It will still be a few days before the Lakers see another team in the field and a few weeks later before the real competition starts.
That said, you must love what comes out of the UCLA Health Training Center.
We obviously would not hear that the Lakers were in the middle of the season just days away. to have heard that Rob Pelinka and Magic Johnson have put together a team of guys who compete and enjoy the concept of mentoring.
Competition juice
TJustin Tinsley, unbeaten wrote about the initial practice in which the team was denied a real scrum but allowed a shooter.
Tinsley writes: "Once the basketballs hit the field, it was as if meat was falling in the shark-infested waters. And James and Rondo were great whites.
More than anything, immediacy to competition and preparation for success should be highest among young people. The fact that Rondo completes LeBron's toughness should really fade in the long run.
Prudent Patience
That said, Rondo and James can certainly ask too soon for themselves and their more inexperienced colleagues.
Both recognized this gap this week. James set the tone and expectations early in the day of the media, via Lakers Nation.
We are a new ballclub that meets, obviously [Golden State Warriors] have guys back. We must take our bumps and bruises, there will be good times, there will be difficult times. That's what happens with a new team. But if we continue to work the process and continue to make sacrifices for each other, to commit ourselves and to take the time to be good, everything else will come into place.
James, via Sporting Newsalso relayed the importance of patience with a team like this: "But you learn that you have to be patient and that you have to evaluate each person individually to get the most out of them."
Rondo also said that his normal aggressive mentoring style could be a little softer, at least in the beginning.
I am not a patient either, but a few weeks ago I went to church and the focus was on patience, so I work on it. It's something that I still continue to work on. Some say that Magic (Johnson) did not like coaching much, because the guys did not get down to the job as quickly as they wanted and ended up overcoming the process. But growing up in this league, 32 years old now, that's part of the game.
With regard to young weapons, there were rave reviews across the board. Kyle Kuzma, renowned for his work ethic, has shown himself strong.
Josh Hart on Kuz: "I have not seen a player improve as much as (Kuzma) has this season off."[Beaucoupdegrondementsàl'intérieurdubâtimentàproposdutravail[Lotsofrumblingsinsidethebuildingaboutthework[Beaucoupdegrondementsàl'intérieurdubâtimentàproposdutravail[Lotsofrumblingsinsidethebuildingaboutthework@kylekuzma put into.]

There is a whole season of basketball to play. However, you will forgive me for being somewhere between dizziness and nauseating exuberance for the season to begin.
News and notes
Throw away what you thought you knew about Lonzo Ball and his opening night drummer status.
It remained a conjecture as to whether Rondo or a bullet still in the process of healing would begin the opening night. Pete Zayas makes a good point.
Re: the whole thing "who will be the starting PG", Luke will not tell us who will be his starting team when it will be 5:45 pm and we interview for a part of 19:30.
He is certainly not going to tell us who will be his possible PG starting on the first day of the training camp.

The minute we have time to leave, outside LeBron, it's the second time it's time to start the season.
Even Walton mentionned It will take a few moments before launching into a semblance of rotation: "We have many new players and many feel, get to know each other, to see who plays well together. I'm not desperate to find a definite rotation.
With all this, Ball will have a chance to fight for the job next to James in the starting group. he has now been cleared for full contact, even though his status for Sunday's preseason game is in question.
As for James, you'll see him play Sunday. Do not blink.
