Soaked Beer fan makes amends with Yankees fan

Internet is really an amazing place.

Two days ago, John Spencer was a fan of A who was trying to take advantage of his team's presence in the Yankee Stadium's Wild Card game. Now, thanks to the power of Twitter, he quickly becomes his own character.

After the match, a video showing a Yankee fan watering a sad A fan with a beer (probably) very expensive. The Internet became indignant in the name of the unnamed fan, and A's Twitter account managers became aware of it.

The team asked its subscribers to help him identify the fan on the picture so he could get ready with the new equipment A.

In a few hours, Spencer – apparently an incredibly good sport – makes himself known.

What resulted was Twitter as its best: fan friends showed their support, blowing up Spencer's endorsements with free ticket offers and complimentary speeches.

But last night, an unexpected result occurred: Spencer got in touch with the guy who soaked him and the two went to party in New York. The fan of the beer throwers told his night on his Instagram account.

Baseball always has a way to bring people together – hopefully it will live up to the popularity of the Yankees fan.
