VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, California – SpaceX will launch and attempt to land a Falcon 9 rocket in California on Sunday night.
The launch from Space Launch Complex-4E at Vandenberg Air Base is scheduled at 22:21. Eastern Time.
Onboard the Falcon 9 rocket is a satellite SAOCOM 1A, according to air force officials.
SpaceX will attempt to land the Falcon 9 rocket in Landing Zone 4, officials said.
We are now targeting October 7 for the launch of SAOCOM 1A. The rocket and the payload are in good health; additional time will be used to perform pre-flight checks of vehicles.
