Spartans land offensive attacks 5 stars

Michigan State Football received a big addition to its 2019 recruiting course on Monday night.

Devontae Dobbs announced his verbal commitment to the Spartans via his personal Twitter account, becoming the 11th commit of the class.

Dobbs is 6 feet 4 inches and 302 pounds and plays football at Belleville High School in Belleville, Michigan.

He is the second-ranked prospect in Michigan, the third-ranked offensive tackle in the country and the thirteenth overall, according to the 247Sports composite.

Before joining the Spartans, he also considered Ohio State, USC, Georgia, Oklahoma, Clemson, Auburn and Florida State.
