A man was stabbed Wednesday morning at O 'Hare International Airport in Chicago.
The attack took place after two men who solicited passengers for taxi rides quarreled at the lower level of Terminal 5, the Chicago Sun Times reported.
At 1:20 pm, one of the men, aged 57, pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man, aged 56, in the abdomen of the pedestrian crossing from the terminal to the ground parking lot. -of the road.
The injured man tried to push his attacker with a safety cone, the police said. The attacker was placed in custody after an officer of the security forces working at the airport saw the fight and called for the safeguard.
The victim was taken to hospital and his condition is stable.
