Standing up against cancer: Maya Jama dazzles in her sequined LBD by joining Alan Carr

Maya Jama, 24, made the headlines when she appeared on show with co-host Alan Carr, 42, to present the 2018 Stand Up To Cancer live show in London on Friday. .

The presenter presented a dazzling display in her sequined LBD that grazed her thigh to show as many legs as possible live on television.

The glamorous radio journalist, who is dating the rapper Stormzy, has put his trust in Alan as he wore the iconic Elton John outfit for a dramatic effect.

Alan's costume included a glittering jacket with feathered epaulets, an auburn wig and big glittering sunglasses.

Many celebs got involved in Stand Up For Cancer with Michelle Keegan in the Great Celeb Bake Off Trailer broadcast last night and Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson in Celeb Gogglebox.

But it was Michael Buble who left the viewer absolutely heartbroken in describing the diagnosis of liver cancer of his son Noah, five years old.

Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 join forces to raise funds each year for the Stand Up To Cancer fundraising campaign.

Fundraising funds the development of new tests and treatments for cancer patients who need them.

Elsewhere, Michael spent a singalong with James Corden on a special carpool karaoke show at Stand Up To Cancer UK.

The situation quickly became serious when he confessed that "his whole world was over" after learning Noah's diagnosis at the age of 3 years.

The hit director, I have not met you yet, said that despite "not being well," he had to "gather his family and be positive".

But when the singer learned that his son was officially cancer free, he "fell and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, comes to pick him up."

Michael explained, "It's so hard to recognize it. Obviously, we had his diagnosis and that's it, my life ended.

"At first, it was just, it is too difficult to talk about it. They said it was not so good, so we took it day by day. We had the best doctors.

Michael then confessed, "I was not good. When it all started, I became the strength to pull ourselves up and up. When they came out and the chemo was over, I fell. My wife picks me up.

"He's five years old now and I tell him that Spiderman is amazing, but they're wrong, they're not real. You are my hero, you are my superhero.

Michael's candid confession left James, the father of three, completely moved, and the two men were kissed at the end of the segment.

Buddies also performed passionate interpretations of "I have not met yet" and "It's a good day."

Michael, who is expected to release his new album Love in November, has sung his whole heart alongside the Late Late Show host for the special charity show that is close to his heart.

They are raising their eldest son Noah, son Elias, two, and their two-month-old daughter Vida.
