Nineteen current and former CBS employees also claimed that former CBS News president Jeff Fager tolerated sexual harassment in his division.
"These allegations relate to a culture of toxic complicity at CBS, where women's safety was continually ignored to protect the careers of powerful men and society. The Board of Directors of the SCB is required to act quickly and decisively to create a safe working environment for all and rid the company of this toxic culture.
