Billionaire Steve Wynn is suing his former casino company and the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, alleging that Wynn Resorts improperly handed over privileged documents to the commission as part of his investigation into sexual misconduct complaints against him.

Wynn resigned from the company in early February, then sold his stock in Wynn Resorts and left the villa he was occupying at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort on the Vegas Strip. Wynn denied having assaulted women.
Boston Harbor, the company's Everett casino, was continued throughout the investigation. The $ 2.6 billion gaming station along the Mystic River is expected to open in about eight months.
The prosecution of Steve Wynn alleges that his former company "provided Mass Gaming with numerous documents reflecting communications protected by Mr. Wynn's solicitor-client privilege and / or the agreements of common interest he had entered into with Wynn Resorts".
The purpose of the lawsuit is to prevent the gaming commission from publishing an investigation report "containing, disclosing or otherwise relying on the communications or other protected material of Mr. Wynn with a lawyer, including copyrighted material by the right to privacy of Mr. Wynn ".
In a statement, the gaming commission said the lawsuit was not surprising given Steve Wynn's "contentious tendencies".
"The commission retained a lawyer in Nevada to vigorously defend his efforts to prevent the publication of our investigation report for several months and to defend himself against Mr. Wynn's unjustified demands," said the door. – Commission Committee, Elaine Driscoll.
