Residents of the Hillsboro area were hit by bad weather on Saturday afternoon because of the wind that swept the trees.

The National Meteorological Service has confirmed a tornado hit in Bynum.
In Waxahachie, the storm caused serious damage in high school, knocking down streetlights, metal fences and even trucks.
At around 2 pm, powerful storms under the tornado effect developed around the southern end of Lake Waco and headed east.
Some of the pictures showed what looked like a cloud-like wall.
When the sirens went off around Waco, you could see the dark clouds coming towards you.
At Hewitt, people could see the sky darken and the storm move quickly.
Finger-shaped clouds descended from the sky as a sign of danger.
The rain began to fall when the tornado sirens sounded the alarm.
Strong storms swept through the Central Texas Marketplace, then headed north and northeast, following I-35 and south of Bellmead. From there, he headed east towards Hallsburg and Mart.
A tweet from the Waco Fire Department shows how heavy rains filled the watershed near Franklin and New Roads, where rescue teams had to take two men out of the rush.
From there, the storm headed for Groesbeck, Mart, Fairfield, Mexia and Buffalo, where another tornado would have landed.
The storm left scattered damage and a great clean-up for many Texans in the center.
