CLEVELAND, Ohio – A sullen weekend continues Monday morning, but things will improve by the afternoon.

There is a risk of showers in the morning, the sky is usually cloudy. The clouds dissipate as the day progresses and it is sunny. It will however remain fresh, with peaks in the first 40 years.
