CHARLOTTE, N.C. –

A woman who was seen in a viral video verbally harassing two residents lying outside their apartment complex in Charlotte turned into police.

Susan Westwood went on Saturday. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg police had said earlier this week that she had not been able to serve a criminal summons in Westwood because she could not find her.

Four criminal appeals were launched against him, including two counts of communication threats and two counts of common assault.

The incident occurred on Friday, Oct. 19 at Camden View Apartments in Charlotte.

According to WSOC, Leisa and Mary Garris said they were waiting outside their apartment for AAA to jump out of their car when Westwood approached them.

A video showed the woman heading to the Garris sisters and saying, "Hi, how are you, I'm hot, I'm beautiful, I'm 51 and what are we going to talk about tonight? to be beautiful? … is Myers Park, SouthPark, B **** Why are you here?

One of the sisters told Westwood that she had called the police because she felt threatened.

Westwood later responded by saying, "Do I also have to bring my hidden weapons?" It's North Carolina, by the way. "

During the video, the woman continually asked the sisters if they lived in the complex.

"Do you live here? Why do we think we have to be here like hanging out? Call 911. I want to make sure nothing happens."

Westwood then introduced his race and salary into the mix. "I make $ 125,000 a year and I want to make sure you're all in. Girl, girl, girl, I'm white, I'm a white girl, I'm white."

A few days after the video was released, Westwood was fired from Charter Communications.

Officials released this statement following the incident:

"The incident recorded in Charlotte is a flagrant violation of the Code of Conduct of the Charter and clearly ignores the company's commitment to inclusion and respectful behavior. Ms. Westwood's work with the company ended immediately "
