The half-defender Orange is in its fifth season in the fall. After obtaining two medical exam exemptions, he has the opportunity to return in 2019 for a sixth year. But at 23, with a long history of injuries at South Dade High School in Homestead, Florida, Cordy said he did not make a decision.
He plans to talk to his parents and his girlfriend after the season and sift through all the pros and cons. The choice goes beyond what he wants to do next fall; Cordy thinks that a long-term planning is needed and that her choice of going to central New York could affect her choice.
"I've been here too long," Cordy said. "Just be old, be here too long, start all over again." Injuries and stuff like that, like, "Do I want to?"
If Friday marks Cordy's last experience at Carrier Dome, he'll see her again with affection. In the first quarter, he scored a brace and took the opportunity to beat the only program he lost during each of his four years on campus.
For Cordy, taking part in the celebration before the match and all the emotion that accompanied it further reinforced the boldness of the 2018 season's significance for him. After two infections that turned his rehabilitation from a broken ankle into a nightmare this off season, he avoided major injuries during a campaign for the first time since 2015, slowed by only two bruises to the # 39; bones.

And the team's success was obviously unprecedented during his stay in central New York.
"With all that I've lived through, just to be here in the senior night, it's amazing," Cordy said.
While Orange, ranked 13th (8-2, 5-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) focuses more closely on Notre Dame, number 3, Cordy wants to stay focused on the upcoming games.
Then, with a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies already underway and a Master's in Design, Development and Evaluation of Future Education, Cordy will make her decision.
