The murder of a man from Abilene was taken on camera.

Aaron Howard was shot dead on September 1 in the alley behind his home on Don Juan Street. His two neighbors, Johnnie and Michael Miller, have been charged with the murder.

Howard's fiancée, Kara Box, fired the deadly dispute on her cellphone and handed it over to KTXS.

"People deserve to know what has really happened and you know that they deserve to know that John and Michael Miller are murderers," Box said.

The video shows the passionate exchange between Howard and his two neighbors.

The three men were heard making threats until, finally, John Miller pulled the trigger on his pistol, shooting at Howard.

Then Michael Miller shoots Howard with his shotgun.

"You can see I intervened between them and I said," You will not shoot my husband, "he said.

At least four shots were fired. Then we see Box running towards his fiancé screaming.

KTXS has called Taylor District Attorney Jim Hicks for a comment. He had not seen the video yet and asked us to send him a copy.

"Video evidence like this is still graphic and very hard to look at, but it's consistent with the charges," Hicks said.

When we spoke to Box a week after the murder, she had no message for the Milers. However, this has now changed.

"You [the Millers] deserve to spend your life in jail, "said Box.

Box has since left his house on Don Juan Street.

Howard had no guns, but he was armed with a bat.

John and Michael Miller have both been charged with first degree murder. However, both are in jail on a $ 25,000 bail.
