Tesla meets the production targets of Model 3, but still has a lot to prove

Tesla announced Monday that it was meeting its quarterly targets for vehicle production, producing 5,031 models 3 during the last week of June, exceeding its self-imposed target of 5,000 vehicles. The company plans to increase production to 6,000 models 3 per week by the end of August.
