Kemba Walker illuminated the Philadelphia 76ers for an evening at 60 points with 61% of shots. It was a mesmerizing demonstration of creativity, strength and a touch of superstar that propelled one of the league's top scorers to a memorable night.
The evening of the career and the franchise was this A near perfection for Walker, until Jimmy Butler scored a three-point drop as time passed almost to beat the Charlotte Hornets in overtime, 122-119.
But Walker's offensive show was still the highlight.
Walker overturned 21 of 34 shots and shot 12 of 12 in the free throw line and 6 of 14 in the depth. Nobody could stop him, what Butler even confessed after the match.
This is how Walker scored an incredible 60-point night – 58 in regularity and 19 in the fourth quarter.
1. Walker (small and fast) played the Embiid defense to his advantage
Walked defies a lot of points in the NBA, as we know it in 2018. He is only 6'1 years old, does not have a large stature and looks for most of a pedestrian compared to other top scorers in the NBA. In reality, he became just the second player of 6'1 or less (Allen Iverson) to score 60 or more in a match.
Walker is strong and runs along the edge without fear, showing instead a little flare and explosive edge.
Embiid, at 7'1, did not surprise Walker at the cup.

Walker took advantage of his speed and speed to beat Embiid switches and feasted on him for most of the night. (Embiid ended up with five mistakes.)
2. Walker's half-goer was caught by the defense

Walker's night was historic, even in case of loss. This highlighted the idea that he is on par with Damian Lillards and Kyrie Irvings of the NBA, and that Charlotte should take note while they are with him. It might be time to act for a co-star.
