Actor David Arquette recently made a comeback to the fight – and the results are not very beautiful.

NSFW videos Arquette is bleeding in a game against professional wrestler Nick Gage in Los Angeles Friday night.

Arquette, who briefly entered the wrestling world in 2000, is best known in the entertainment world for his roles in the "Scream" franchise and the 1999 film "Never Been Kissed".

In a Saturday message on his account on social networks, Arquette confirmed the beating to his supporters, writing "The fighting to death is not my thing."

He also shared a close-up photo showing cuts and scratches, adding that he was all "sewn" after his injuries.

"Thanks to all the fans for your love, I'm sewed in. Miss Elizabeth is crying," he wrote referring to the tattoo shown in the photo.

Maybe it's a good idea to stick to the act?

USA TODAY has contacted the Arquette representative for comments.
