The window allowing the Wisconsinites to nibble their noses in a flame-lit alley in 2018 may have already passed, unless there is a late heat wave. But now, Wisconsin baseball fans have Toasty in their lives, even during the scorching days of summer.

The minor league baseball organization, formerly known as Colorado Springs Sky Sox, renamed Rocky Mountain Vibes and introduced its new mascot, Toasty the s'more, on Monday. The organization is now the subsidiary of the Advanced Rookie Ball brewers, who left Helena to settle in Colorado Springs.

The Brewers are moving their AAA subsidiary to San Antonio starting in 2019.

If you like, remember your jokes about Colorado by finding a mascot name that perfectly blends the outdoor motif and … being grilled. In fact, do not hold this joke; it's a good one. But many other people have already managed to do it, believe me.

The organization opened the opportunity to vote for a new name to the public, offering five options. The Vibes … was not on the list. The finalists were: Happy Campers, Lamb Chops, Piky Punchy, Throckle Jockeys or Rocky Mountain Oysters.

The reference "Rocky Mountain Oysters" seems to be a reference on social networks. If you do not know what it is … well, do it on Google. I'm not gonna tell you.

This is not the first time in recent history that an affiliate of the Brewers minor league has changed its name and changed its name. The Huntsville Stars, the Milwaukee AA class group, moved to Biloxi, Mississippi in 2015 and renamed the Shuckers.

Milwaukee's other minor league affiliates are Carolina Mudcats (Advanced Class A), Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (Class A) and Arizona Brewers (Rookie Ball).

Some reactions to the new Vibes:

I know, we're still mad at Keith Olbermann about the Jesus Aguilar tweetbut still … it's a little funny.
