Again, all of this is pure speculation and could be 100% off-base. There is no mention of Hawkeye (who could be dead) or Black Widow and this description also mysteriously misses the cornerstone. But that would eliminate Captain America (by opening the door to Bucky to pick up the coat in modern times) and the Hulk. Thor would withdraw to be able to govern New Asgard.
