Week 6 is already launched with such pettiness. Is there anything better than the old grudges of college football?
Stay with us on Saturday for the best things.

Georgia Tech completed a pass against Louisville Friday night and won 66-13. The Yellow Jackets also ran 65 times for a total of 542 yards and eight touchdowns and scored on each offensive possession.
It was a triple option clinic, perfect for the history between two of the coaches involved.
Our David Hale wrote in 2015 about the apparent disinterest of Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson for Brian VanGorder, now Louisville's defensive coordinator.
Johnson was an offensive coordinator at Georgia Southern in the mid-1980s and a head coach from 1997 to 2001, where he led his offensive against the brand. After the 2005 season, Georgia Southern hired VanGorder, who quickly abandoned the offensive for the benefit of a professional type attack. Around a proud program that had won six national championships in the FCS (including two under Johnson), VanGorder's break with tradition was extremely unpopular.
"He said something about their entry into the 21st century," said Johnson. "And I said:" There is a [scoring] save there, shoot for it. So that was it. "
He even made an advertisement for the 2006 Eagles season which ended by showing the camera, indicating that there was no other option.
Johnson is trying to downplay his feelings now. At the time, not so much.
"The guy who took over roles like they had to go back to Ground Zero," said Johnson, then coach of the Navy, at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution during the first season of VanGorder at Southern. "It's not like it's broken, but if you listen to it, it's like they're starting from scratch."
USA Today reported that Johnson had even called a Georgia Southern official that year and told him that he wanted to program them "because I want to defeat Brian VanGorder."
He did not have that chance. VanGorder lasted a 3-8 season, the worst in the history of the school. His offense averaged 22 points per game (a steep drop from 38 points per game from the previous season). Then, he left with three years of contract three weeks before the day of signing the contract to become the trainer of Atlanta Falcons linebackers.
On Friday night, Johnson got another shot and saved, racking up the fastest rushing yards Louisville has allowed since 1932.
"We had no response for their attack," said Louisville coach Bobby Petrino.

It's a kind of regression on Saturday when Texas A & M and Kentucky No. 13 meet for the first time since 1953 – the season leading up to Lexington's departure from Bear Bryant to College Station. Texas A & M honors its Big 12 champion team in 1998 with replica jerseys this season, mesh figures, a BCS helmet sticker and a fake SEC patch.

Joe Burrow lost the Ohio State Quarterback Derby to Dwayne Haskins before being transferred to LSU. But he's making his own campaign for Haskins, who completes 70.8 percent of his passes for 1,464 yards, 19 touchdowns and only two interceptions this season.

Let's examine the menus of the State Fair of Texas, where Texas and Oklahoma meet on Saturday in one of the biggest rivalries of college football.
Here's the winner of the best taste of this year's savory dish, the Hoppin Cake & John Cake with Jackpot Sauce from Fernie.
What's a Hoppin cake? John, ask yourself? Well, I tell you. It is described as a "traditional New Year's dish" good luck ", combining black peas, white rice, spicy smoked sausages, green onions and a mixture of spices, bread crumbs and egg beaters to form a cake. It is then fried and garnished with a black-eyed pea relish, garnished with a marinated okra and served with a jackpot sauce sauce.Okay, now what is the Jackpot sauce, you ask? I do not know about that one.
This taco of cotton candy was a big winner, claiming the best taste in the sweet and creative category. This is a graham waffle cone dough that has turned into a taco shell covered with a marshmallow icing, then stuffed with chocolate, grilled marshmallow and organic cotton candy. It is covered with chocolate biscuits and two sticks of biscuits covered with chocolate cream and marshmallows.
It's still a big game, but the proposal is low risk because even if your team is torn down, you can go out, soak your heartbreaks in a Jackpot sauce and stare at the Mattress Firm Illumination Sensation.
the @MattressFirm Illumination Sensation is about to start! See you on the esplanade for one of the best shows of the fair #BigTex #EtatFairofTX pic.twitter.com/cfuLAFzeJk

Now, it can be said that there is a freshman civil engineer named Anthony Allan, and that if Ellen's show was calling her, she would be so sick.
