The birthday tribute of Wells Adams to his girlfriend Sarah Hyland is the cutest thing of all time

The love of Wells Adams for Sarah Hyland is too difficult to handle.

the Bachelor Alum could not help but honor his girlfriend on Saturday while she was celebrating her 28th birthday. Adams went on Instagram to share a nice slideshow of the snow-covered couple in Central Park New York, while promising to take him somewhere a little warmer Sunday.

"It's what can not eat, can not sleep, who tries to reach the stars, who misses the fence, this stuff from the World Series," he wrote. You have to be two. "Happy birthday @sarahhyland! You're perfect and I love you the most. Now pack your bags, baby, we'll jump on a plane and drive to the islands tomorrow!"

Adams and Hyland recently celebrated their first birthday, just months after leaving Nashville, Tenn., To settle with her in Los Angeles.

"I'm so happy," Adams told ETN of his relationship with Hyland in September. "I made these crazy shows and suddenly, I had this incredible relationship, I never imagined it was the way I followed, but I'm very grateful for all that."

"It's strangely perfect [living together]there was no real problem. We were afraid of dog meetings, but it went very well. It's perfect. It's great, "he added.
