Cheeky Prince Louis was broke almost stinging his grandfather in the eyes in an invisible invisible photograph.

The inquisitive six-month-old leans forward in the arms of her mother Kate and places her tiny fingers on Prince Charles's face, making him burst out laughing.

One can also see the heir to the throne who closes his eyes to avoid a misfortune, while the rest of the family laughs at the antics of the young man.

In another amazing photo of the couple, Charles cuddles Louis on his chest and gently places his cheek on the toddler's head.

The new images follow several other official photographs published over the past week to mark Prince Charles's 70th birthday and illustrate the close ties between the Prince of Wales, Camilla and their grandchildren.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are also present in family photos marking the grand day of their grandfather.

The photos were taken in the garden of Clarence House in early September by photographer Getty Chris Jackson, a favorite of the royal family.

Clarence House originally released two new images – a formal and another frank – showing Cornwalls, Cambridges and Sussex posing together around a bench.

The family laughs

Prince George, five years old, sits on his grandfather's lap. Charles stands on the side as he was about to tickle him. Charlotte, three years old, displays her cheeky smile next to her stepmother, Camilla.

Prince Louis, who was just over four months old at the time, is being held by Mom Kate and can be seen laughing.

In a photo taken at a time when half of the group was distracted from its official postures, we can see the family laughing at something behind the camera.

Meghan and George burst out laughing, while Charles, William and Charlotte, both professionals, watch the camera with a broad smile.

Camilla, snuggling against her stepdaughter, points the photographer to tell Charlotte where to look.

Meanwhile, Kate and Prince Harry have a slightly puzzled smile, just like Baby Louis.

In other photographs, Charles is seen driving his Aston Martin DB6 Volante in Highgrove while feeding his chickens.
