A new bride was a victim of a stroke Saturday during a honeymoon in New York, reported 9News.com.

Francheska Bechara, 27, from Sydney, Australia, was traveling with her husband, Joe Bechara, when she had to face a medical emergency. She was working in a gym and her husband discovered on the floor, according to the report. She apparently took out her mobile phone and may have tried to call for help.

"She had no conditions to our knowledge," said her brother-in-law at the station. "She was in perfect health, and the doctors can not find the problem that caused the problem."

She was rushed to a nearby hospital and doctors were forced to operate her brain three times to relieve the pressure. The tests did not locate the area where the clot occurred, but it is thought that it originated in his heart.

The couple met at their local church eight years ago, according to GoFundMe. They were married on October 7th. Stroke occurred on the second day of their honeymoon

She should be treated for about three months in New York. It shows encouraging signs and seems to be receptive.
