The cause of the death of the reality TV star, Lyric McHenry, was revealed nearly three months after being found unconscious on a sidewalk in the Bronx region in New York and later deceased.
McHenry, who would be 20 weeks pregnant at the time of her death, died of an overdose of cocaine, alcohol and heroin, according to an affidavit obtained by E! New.
The outlet also revealed that a 29-year-old man, Alexis Meija-Ramirez, was reportedly arrested and charged with concealing a human body and tampering with material evidence.
Meija-Ramirez and "two other men" reportedly carried McHenry's body over the Deegan Expressway in the Bronx area. The police arrived at this discovery with the help of surveillance images and interviews with witnesses.
PEOPLE could not contact Meija-Ramirez's lawyer, E! News reported that he is currently on bail.
