Spider-Man's spin-off of Sony's non-Marvel film universe will be released next week, giving the villain his own solo debut.

Hardy plays Eddie Brook, a journalist who sees a symbiotic extraterrestrial bond with him, giving the characters superpowers.

Venom was only released on Wednesday in the UK, but it looks like the two end-of-run scenes have already sank.

WARNING POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR VENOM AHEAD

In a new video, Jeremy Conrad of MCU Cosmic, who claims to have sources who have already seen the film, said: [has] Woody Harrelson as well, not as Carnage, but as Kasady.

"Eddie Brock goes to jail to interview him and Woody is there and he has a really stupid wig.

"It looks a bit like Pennywise without the clown makeup.

"So, Brock comes in to interview Cletus, and he says," Do you want to know what I am a serial killer? Do you want to know … carnage? [mid]-credits scene.

Marvel fans will know Cletus Kasady's comic strip as a serial killer that will become carnage when combined with another alien symbiote.

He is the sworn enemy of Venom, as well as another villain of Spider-Man.

As for the post-credit scene, Conrad added, "Then post-credits [scene] says, "In another spider verse".

"They show you a little clip of the animated Spider-Man in The Spider-Verse."

Meanwhile, it seems that Tom Holland's Spider-Man is not present at all.

Speaking with Screen Rant, director Ruben Fleischer said: "It was really hard to figure out how to make a movie with a character set by Spider-Man without Spider-Man.

"It's these creative challenges that allow you to find something original and different.

"What I'm most proud of in this film is that I think it's different from other superhero movies."

Venom will be released in UK theaters on October 3, 2018.
