Donald Trump's former assistant, Jason Miller, has been accused of secretly administering an "abortion pill" to a pregnant woman during a case, show new court documents.
The court filing, obtained and reported by glow, alleges that Miller had an affair with a woman that he met at a strip club in Orlando, Florida in 2012. As a result of the case, the woman became pregnant. Miller is accused of giving him an abortion pill without his knowledge or consent. The woman claims that the pill made her lose the baby and nearly cost her her life.
The documents allege that the case occurred when Miller was working for a Republican advertising company, Jamestown Associates. He often brought clients to Rachel's Gentleman's Club in Orlando, where he would have met the woman that he would become pregnant later. She is only identified in the court filing under the name "Jane Doe".
The record goes on to assert that Miller has been introduced to Jane Doe's apartment with a smoothie in her hand.
"Unbeknownst to Jane Doe, the Smoothie contained an abortion pill. The pill caused an abortion, and Jane Doe was found in a hospital emergency room, bleeding abundantly and almost in a coma, "says the document.
As a result of the pill, the child died and Jane Doe herself was "hospitalized for two days, the abortion pill being able to react with potential illicit drugs in her system by the time she drank the Smoothie" .

Miller's lawyer denied these allegations, saying glow in a statement: "To be clear, the false accusations brought by Mrs. Delgado are not valid".
These allegations were made during court filings by the legal team of A.J. Delgado, Miller's ex-lover who sued for custody of their son. Delgado began his affair with Miller in October 2016, after telling him that he had separated from his wife. But Miller had never separated from his wife and was actually expecting a child with her when Delgado learned that she was pregnant with their affair. Delgado and Miller are now in a guard battle.
Miller was Trump's spokesperson during his 2016 campaign and a member of the president's transition team. When his affair with Delgado was made public, Miller was essentially forced to turn down a White House director of communications post. Delgado was also a former Trump campaign staff member.
In previous court documents, Delgado also charged Miller with sexual and physical abuse, which Miller also denied.
