Steelers (-4) on BROWNS: The Browns will be better than the 1-31 team in the last two seasons, but this idea and the absence of Le'Veon Bell are in the reasonable range. Ben Roethlisberger is 21-2 in his career against the Browns and has surprisingly more wins in Cleveland since 1999 than any quarterback Browns.
49ers (+6) on VIKINGS: Most of these events came at the end of last season, but there is a respect for Jimmy Garoppolo's career (7-0). Even with Kirk Cousins, a moderate improvement over Case Keenum. the Vikings may be struggling to regain the level of intensity and dominance of last season.
Bengals (+3) on COLTS: Andrew Luck returns, but in a new Frank Reich system, the entire Colts offensive must learn. Last season, there were a lot of problems for the Bengals, who bring back a lot of playmakers in attack and head on D.
RAVENS (-7) on Bills: Both teams went 9-7 last season, but the Bills made the playoffs despite a under-57 differential and the Ravens missed with a plus-92. It's not fair that Nathan (five interceptions in half) Peterman starts, but that the offensive line of the Bills should be a sieve.
Buccaneers (+ 9¹ / ₂) on SAINTS: The suspension of Jameis Winston has added perhaps 1¹ / ₂ to two points to the spread, and the presence of Ryan Fitzpatrick could give the Bucs a better chance to stay in the number. The saints have had so many slow starts that in recent seasons they will be happy to win any size.
Texans (+ 6¹ / ₂) on PATRIOTS: Last September's match, a 36-33 win over New England at Gillette, could have been the game of the season in the NFL. The Texans headed south shortly after injuries sustained by Deshaun Watson and J.J. Watt. Now, it's the best of Houston against a slightly eroded version of the Patriots.
Titans (-1¹ / ₂) on DOLPHINS: Not very high on any of these teams for 2018. The Titans have a new coach at Mike Vrabel, which means a transition period. The dolphins have Ryan Tannehill, but is it a good thing? At least there are a lot of Titan players who have tasted a playoff win.
Heads (+ 3¹ / ₂) on the LOADERS: There is a lot of hype for this team of loaders, maybe a little too much. Count this choice as an "ante" to see what athletic quarterback Patrick Mahomes can do with all the other leaders' playmakers.
Seahawks (+3) on BRONCOS: Rookie Bradley Chubb joins the Broncos defense, and Keenum is an improvement over what she did in the quarter. Nevertheless, Russell Wilson (34 NFL touchdowns in 2017) is hard to get past with points.
PANTHERS (-2¹ / ₂) on Cowboys: It will take some time for Dak Prescott to process all the changes at wide receiver and close end. The Panthers made the tournament last year and scored a slightly better advantage than the small gap.
CARDINALS (choice) Red Skins: The return of fantastic football legend David Johnson is huge for the Cardinals, who will also focus on defense with new coach Steve Wilks. Alex Smith will quickly know how much he has had in Kansas City.
Bear (+8) on PACKERS: Unlike the Chargers, I buy more in pro-Chicago sentiment. Whether Khalil Mack plays or not at week 1, his new teammates will be delighted by the great trade and management expectations is really at the rendezvous.

Jets (+6 ¹ / ₂) on LIONS: The Jets have a new QB franchise at Sam Darnold and the Lions have a new coach at Matt Patricia, so you can throw a lot of history. Were impressed by Darnold's quick readings and accuracy, and relied on him to keep the Jets there.
Choice of bonus: The Under, in honor of O / U Rico, who leaves the Player's Guide after more than 30 seasons.
