The film of James Wan enters theaters December 21.

The final trailer for James Wan Aquaman exposes the mission of Arthur Curry of Jason Momoa.

The trailer shows Arthur's debut and tells the legend that a king will come back one day to rebuild the underwater realm of Atlantis. To fulfill the legend, Arthur must find a trident, which his half-brother Orm (Patrick Wilson) also wants, unfortunately for Atlantis and the surface world. Arthur must team up with Mera (Amber Heard) to find him first.

Aquaman stars also include Willem Dafoe, Nicole Kidman, Dolph Lundgren and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

"I want it to look more like a quest or a fantastic movie," Wan said. The Hollywood journalist in July at San Diego Comic-Con, where the first trailer debuted. "I wanted people to see only the visual elements of the different worlds and what they are going into, as you see for the first time."
