A pilot from South Florida captured the dramatic video of a man hung on the hood of a car driving on Interstate 95. The video was taken Sunday around 8 pm. on I-95 in Miami. A man is seen hanging on the hood of a black Mercedes Benz, which drives south in the express lanes of the highway, reports the CBS WFOR station.

The driver who captured the video, Daniel Midah, drove parallel to the car in a nearby lane. Midah took out his cell phone to film when he noticed the man wearing a white tank top and black shorts, hanging on the hood of the car while chatting on the phone. Midah's video of the incident became viral on Twitter.

Officials released the desperate 911 call that the man made while driving on the hood of the car. When the 911 operator asks the man what his emergency situation is, he responds: "My life is in danger, I am on the roof of my car, somebody is driving it. . "

Midah said that it was the man on the hood. and the driver was talking as the car descended 1-95. The 911 call confirmed this. "Stop the car, stop the car, you're going too fast," we hear screaming at the driver.

"It was scary and also it was crazy and funny, I was stunned, I've never seen anything like it," says Midah.

Midah also called 911 about the incident and the police arrested him that night. The driver was identified by police as Patresha Isidore, 24, who was detained.

"They put their lives in danger, but also those around them, had it fallen, it would have hit me, you know, it's on me" said Midah. "The strangest thing of all is that the pilot and pilot seemed calm as if it was not serious."
