Mark your theoretical calendar, because some Petiana fans speculate Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande can get married on August 4th. The theory was in the ether for a few weeks, but it really gave a boost over the weekend when Davidson shared a picture that he took of Grande wearing the FDNY pendant of his deceased father. The number on the necklace, 8418, is Davidson's dad's badge number. If they were to get married on August 4, 2018, the date of marriage would be the same as the badge number of Davidson's father. And so, there is a theory that Davidson and Grande could tie the two-week knot in homage to Davidson's father.
Davidson's father, Scott Davidson, was killed in the line of duty during the attacks of September 11, 2001. In honor of his father's memory, Davidson has a tattoo "8418 on his arm. Earlier this month, Grande revealed a tattoo "8418" on her foot, and a few weeks later, Davidson gave her her father's collar. The significance of this number, the emoji diamond ring in the legend of the Great photo bearing the Davidson father's pendant, and the fact that 8/4/18 is just around the corner left behind. Fans wonder if Grande and Davidson are hinting that they plan to get married on the date corresponding to the badge number.
A group of fans raised this theory in the comments section of Davidson's post. "I bet they'll get married on August 4th," wrote a commentator. Another asked, "So, are you getting married on August 4th or what?" "If they do not get married on August 4th (idk when they plan to do it), they miss an interesting opportunity," he said. a third speaker. "Especially since it's a Saturday anyway this year." The celebrant could be an imitator of Dumbledore. The entire event could take place in a train built to look like the Hogwarts Express. They could dress Toulouse as Aragog. As Petiana's love for the series Harry Potter the possibilities would be endless.

On May 18, Bossip reports the new single Davidson and the new single Grande started dating. The artist Saturday Night Live and the pop star made public their relationship on May 30, twelve days after the appearance of the first rumors. Davidson and Grande confirmed their commitment on Friday, June 15. Five days later, TMZ reported that the couple had moved into an apartment in New York. They have not announced the date of the wedding yet.
So, could August 4 be the big day? Unlike Cassandra Trelawney, we can not see the future. It's just speculation. Numerology is cool and everything, and this obviously (and understandably) number means a lot to Davidson, but the theory of wedding dates is just a theory.
