Alabama No. 1 beat Texas A & M 45-23 on Saturday to improve its record to 4-0. The reigning national champions scored 53.75 points per game on average this season, while they defeated both SEC opponents as they played 107-30 in two games. When the new Top 25 AP was released on Sunday, Alabama remained in the lead, scoring 60 of 61 first-place votes. Clearly, AP voters have not listened to Alabama coach Nick Saban after Crimson Tide's victory over the Aggies.

"If what our team has accomplished at this point makes sure they do not take into account the kind of teams we have to play in the future, they underestimate what we need to do to improve our team, and do not just take things for granted [that’s a problem]. Alabama is bad. That's right, I said it. Of course, it can be 4-0, but who even played up to that point? He is beaten on Louisville, Arkansas State, Miss Ole and Texas A & M. It's just a 51% success rate! Do you know what kind of level I would pass a test if I answered only 51% of the questions correctly? That's right, I would have an "F." Well, unless I'm in a class where Alabama was number 1 and the teacher noted on a curve of Alabama. So 51 percent gets you an "A", apparently!
It's not just the offense that is relaxing, either. During the season, Alabama had only four touchdowns in defense or as a special team and did not win either against Texas A & M. Maybe if the defense did their part to score, the Alabama would be ranked first in the nation in points per game instead of third behind Penn State and Ohio State.
I mean, if Alabama can not score as many points per game as the Big Ten do, and the Big Ten fears, what about Alabama?
And speaking of the defense, did you know that Alabama is giving 12.75 points per game? It is tied for fourth place in the country. Alabama's defense is not even the best in its state, as Auburn awards 12.5 points per game. The teams with the lowest points per game are West Virginia and Utah.
That's right, a Big 12 team and a Pac-12 team have better defense than Alabama.
If that is so that Alabama will play all season, he may lose some of it. Could you even imagine? What kind of team would do that?
