The eighth season of Game of Thrones will be the last in the series, but that does not mean that fans will no longer enjoy George R. R. Martin's fantasy world.

HBO revealed that they would be doing a series of pre-series that have thrilled Game of Thrones fans a lot, as many people thought this would be the case after season eight.

It has been revealed that the previous show would run thousands of years before the Game of Thrones events.

Specifically, it would take place during Age of Heroes and the pilot of Prequel would start shooting in February.

However, until now, we did not really know where this new show would be placed.

A recent call for a casting has been posted on Stage Pool, a Norwegian site for actors.

This casting call was accompanied by descriptions that appealed to a diverse group of characters, which led some fans to speculate on where the series could be shot.

A number of people theorized that the previous show would take place in the fictional place of Essos.

For those who do not know the geography of Game of Thrones, Essos is located east of Westeros.

It looks like the series has six characters – four men and two women – and they are between 20 and 60 years old.

Five of these roles will be regular series and one of them will not be as involved in the other characters.

The casting directors are looking for a black actor and the rest are Caucasian, mainly Scandinavian or Germanic.

This untitled Game of Thrones pre-sequence will be created by Jane Goldman (Kingsman: The Secret Service, X-Men: First Class, Kick-Ass) and Martin himself.

Goldman will write script based on a scenario that she and Martin have created together.

Meanwhile, this new sequence has already entrusted Australian superstar Naomi Watts with a major role.

The news was revealed by Entertainment Weekly, who confirmed that she would play a complex and dark role in the Westeros universe.

According to the description, Naomi would play "a charismatic social man hiding a dark secret."

It looks like it will look a lot like Lean Heady's Cersei Lannister, but it is said that the world of this prequel is very different from that of the original series.

Martin has teased the new series that could be called The Long Night, which certainly has a good ringtone for Game of Thrones.

Game of Thrones' season eight returns in the spring of 2019, and the series is expected to debut in a year later, in 2020.
