Johns Hopkins Nurse sued a physician, he said he sprayed him with a patient's body fluid while he was attending a surgery. Benjamin Waldbaum said that he was traumatized when Dr. Martin Slodzinski unscrewed the syringe from the patient's infusion and sprayed the liquid that landed on his face and part of his torso.
