RENTON, Wash. – The Seahawks have found a way to establish an identity with their current game.
"Mike Davis is a playmaker," Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson said.[The] guy did a lot of play time and timeout. You know, he's one of my favorite guys with whom to play, just how he plays the game. "
Davis and Chris Carson give the Seahawks a powerful double in the running.
"It feels good," said Davis. "As I said, this dubbed with Chris and me, we're just spinning to make sure we're keeping each other up so that every time we come in, this guy is ready to go away – 100 percent."
"I think the cool part of our halves right now is that they can do it all," Wilson said, "guys like Chris Carson (are taking off right now), doing so many games and he's so much physical to the point of attack. "
Carson attributes this offensive line to making blocks and creating holes.
"The offensive line has done a great job," said Carson. "It makes our job easier, me and Davis (let's try to stay productive), but whenever it can (also) be another run, we are so deep in this position."
"While we are comfortable and we play with more confidence, you can see the evolution," said Duane Brown, an offensive striker of the Seahawks. it's the best we have been. "
Wilson and Brown said how excited they were to play at Wembley Stadium in London.
But Raiders head coach Jon Gruden is not thrilled with this trip abroad.
"I'm not a big traveler," said Gruden. "I'm going to be honest with you, I hate it. I am not good. So I'm worried. I'm more worried about this than our goal-line attack right now. "
And who knows?
If the Raiders are jet lagged in London, this could certainly be an advantage for the Seahawks.
