POMTOMAC, MD – Michael Darby, husband of Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby, faces a second degree charge and a fourth degree sexual offense.
TMZ first reported the charges, claiming in an article that the cameraman, Orville Palmer, had claimed that Darby had groped him. He told the publication that he had ordered Darby to stop before informing his supervisor. Palmer is named complainant in court files.
According to Ashley's biography on Bravo's website, the couple met up after Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia crown in 2011. Darby is the eldest of his wife since years. The two married after four years of dating, and 22-year-old Ashley became the mother-in-law of Darby's 24 and 26-year-old children.
The Washington Post reported in July 2017 that the couple had separated, but during an interview in August 2018, Ashley told RHOP producer Andy Cohen that the couple were "in a much better position. place "despite recent miscarriage.
