Sarah Palin's son found himself once again in trouble with the law.
At around 10:37 pm Track Palin, 29, was arrested Friday by the Alaska State Troopers after responding to a "report of a disturbance" in Wasilla, according to an online shipping report.

After his arrest, Track appeared in court on Saturday in Palmer, Alaska, where he pleaded "not guilty, for sure" on all four charges, local KTUU news conference reported.

In pleading guilty, Track evaded a charge of aggression and a one-year prison term, as he would participate in a "therapeutic program" offered in Alaska at the Veterans' Court – a court in which veterans Americans are tried for crimes, his lawyer, Patrick Bergt told PEOPLE at the time.
Bergt said the program is "intensive" and lasts about nine months. If he succeeds the program, his load could be changed from first degree to second degree, which would mean only 10 days in jail.

Track was arrested in December 2017 for domestic violence following the incident of her parents, Sarah, 54, and Todd Palin, 54, at her parents' home.
