The very boring company of Elon Musk uses Xbox controllers

[ad_1]

Of all the Elon Musk companies, the Boring company is undoubtedly the most important of WTF.

For example, the tunnel company may be best known for its flamethrower, the barely flamboyant $ 600 gadget, with terms and conditions inspired by Dr. Seuss.

Even Musk himself recently admitted that "the flamethrower was a terrible idea" and that "I do not say that the boring society will succeed".

It is therefore not surprising that the company does not take its other aspects too seriously. Like his machines, some of which are apparently controlled by real Xbox controllers.

The company released a video Saturday showing just that: a big tunneling machine guided by an Xbox controller.

Whether or not the usual configuration of the company is not clear. It could just be an experience, or it could be the real deal. And while we're very skeptical about the company's claim that it's "the best video game in the world," the Xbox controller seems much more than necessary.

Of course, there are probably many other complex controllers specifically designed to operate heavy industrial machinery. But why even bother if you could just take your old Xbox controller and pretend that you play a very loud, very monotonous video game?
