A Kentucky mother claims that her daughter received a racist note while she was waiting at the table of an Applebee.
Regina Boone told Fox 8 Friday that her daughter, Jasmine Brewer, had welcomed four people on September 19 at the Applebee's in Radcliff, Kentucky. Instead of tipping, guests would have left a racist note that said, "We do not tip the blacks."
