The dead who walk put an end to the first half of its revitalized ninth season with a very good episode that crowned a series of very good episodes. Whisperers are scary guys. Whisperers live essentially all their lives in the Slipknot cosplay. They wear "human leather" made from hikers skins and live among the dead. And it's his daughter Lydia (stone castleThat's Cassady McClincy) who tells Daryl that he should join them. The story of the X-shaped scars will be told in flashbacks.
