Mac Miller may have died unexpectedly, but the young rapper had planned ahead and created a will.

The 26-year-old rapper created a trust in 2013 and simultaneously executed a will, naming his parents as trustees, according to a judicial review obtained by The Blast. Miller has also appointed a lawyer named David Byrnes to act as administrator of the estate.

The outlet also reports that his brother, Miller McCormick, is also registered as a trustee and trustee in the will in the event that their parents would not be present when it came into effect.
