The wizards of David Henrie, of Waverly Place, arrested for possession of firearms at the Los Angeles Airport

Disney star David Henrie was arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport on Monday morning.

A LAX public information office confirms to E! News that the the Wizards of Waverly Place Alum was arrested at 9:05 for possession of a handgun loaded at LAX Terminal 2. He was registered in the LAPD Pacific Division prison and will be released on his own pledge.

According to TMZ, Henrie was undergoing a TSA check when security discovered that he was carrying the loaded gun, a 9mm M & P Shield gun. After the discovery, Henrie was arrested and taken to the Los Angeles train station.

A few days ago, Henrie and his wife Maria Cahill revealed to the world that they are expecting their first child together.

"After my wedding, my life began to take on an indescribable meaning," said the 29-year-old actor on Instagram Stories. "I had never felt it before and made me a better person."

He then added, "I can not wait to see what a Poppa can be, I can not wait!"

Henrie and Cahill partnered in April 2017 during an intimate ceremony at St. Peter and Paul Church in Wilmington, California. Henrie & # 39; s Magicians co-star and close friend Selena Gomez was present at the wedding. The duo recently spent time together in July with a Disney meeting.
