Nothing is unique for a long time in the NFL. Each coach monitors what other teams are doing and when something works they take it for themselves.
A perfect example is this touchdown pass that the Miami Dolphins tied for an 18-yard touchdown against the Raiders.
The game gives the ball to a quick receiver – Jakeem Grant in the Dolphins case – in the space with some blockers in front.
But Miami is only the last of a growing list of teams that have called the game.
Here are the Texans who run it in pre-season:
A clever manipulation of the ball forms Watson here. Furtively gets the ball to WR on the fly's motion before pretending to read the area. All about the details. pic.twitter.com/MtxuAVdKFy

And the Patriots using it last season:
And the chiefs, rams, saints and 49ers all use it in the red zone:
The Miami attack in the third week sparked a comeback with the Dolphins, who scored 21 defeats to beat the Raiders. But their creative landing game with Grant is a piece they have picked up from another team and they probably will not be the last to do it.
