NASA does a lot of incredible research, but in addition to being a scientific organization, it is also educational. This means that the space agency is always looking for ways to attract lay people to its work. And they might have still made one of their best attempts.
NASA has just released a music video of all things. It's something they've done in the past, even though they're usually parodies of existing songs. They were also recorded exclusively in the field, but not this one.
The latest video clip is about an original piece, written by Canadian alternative rock band The Tragically Hip. It is hauntingly beautiful right off the bat, even before watching NASA astronaut Andrew Feustel zoom across the space station with his guitar in his hand, to sit in front of him. one of the ISS observation windows while he plays the melody.

There are some beautiful snapshots from NASA Shipments 55 and 56, aboard the ISS, and climbing on its surface during space walks, not forgetting some truly stellar views of the Earth. All in all, this is the perfect soothing melody for a relaxation session on the theme of space.
