Thomas Markle said "if the Queen can meet Donald Trump, she can meet me" in a furious rant about the US President's visit to the UK.
Mr. Markle told TMZ: "If the Queen is ready to meet our arrogant and insensitive President, she has no excuse for not meeting me, I am far from being so bad."
His comments come before the president's visit to the UK next month.
Trump is expected to arrive in London on July 13, while major protests are planned in the capital.
During the "Best of the British Tour", he will meet the Queen at Windsor Castle.
Thomas Markle said Prince Harry "Never raise my hand to my daughter"
The Duchess of Sussex's father told the American news website that he had been put in the "punishment box" by the royal family as a result of a bombshell interview on Good Morning Britain earlier this month.
During the interview with Piers Morgan and Susannah Reid, he told them that Prince Harry had told him to "give Trump a chance" and that the royal was "open" to the idea of Brexit.
He also revealed that no solid plan had been made for him to meet with members of the royal family.
Meghan's 73-year-old father apologized for staging paparazzi photos and described his sadness at being unable to walk his daughter in the alley.
He shared his feelings of jealousy and gratitude on seeing Prince Charles take his place.
Mr. Markle also stated that Meghan burst into tears when he told her that he could not attend the wedding after undergoing cardiac surgery.
He said that he was "honored" that Prince Charles took his place and escorted Meghan half way through St George's Chapel, but added, "I was jealous, I was not happy, I did not know what to do." would have liked it to be me but thank God [Prince Charles] was here."

He added, "She was beautiful, I was crying a little while looking at her.I was very proud and I could not see a better time in my life.
"The unfortunate thing now is that I am a footnote in one of the greatest moments of history instead of a father who walks his daughter down the aisle.
Thomas Markle said that he was "honored" when Prince Charles walked his daughter Meghan Markle in the alley
"It was a very emotional moment, I regretted it because I really wanted to take it to the driveway, but I'm grateful for everything that happened."
Mr. Markle watched the ceremony on television from the sofa of a B & B in California.
He added that he expects his daughter and Harry will soon start a family, adding that Meghan has "wanted children for a while".
