Huge. Derek Johnson was known as one of the best baseball pitching coaches and has reformed several Brewer pitchers such as Jimmy Nelson, Chase Anderson, Jhoulys Chacin and Wade Miley. It is thanks to him that the pitching team has been so successful.

Potential candidates?
