Traditionally, movie cast members share sentimental gifts after shooting a movie together. Something that is not commonly done: A director presenting a new car to his actress, after hearing him want one.

But that's what Tyler Perry did for Tiffany Haddish, who plays in her upcoming movie "Nobody's Fool". Haddish shared the surprise on Instagram.

"I received this message from my friend and Big Brother @tylerperry a week ago, when I told you that I was crying so much that I could not almost not believe it, "wrote Haddish in the legend. In a video, Perry told Haddish, "I know you talked about (getting a new Tesla) for a long time, I was trying to talk to you in a video message. I was trying to talk to you to call the dealership, I was asking you to bring the car – you said: "I do not have the time, I do not have the time" – but I know what it is: The real deal is, you must be OK with spending a bit of money. Then I wanted to offer you this and say that you deserve me. "Perry then showed Haddish the new Tesla Model X that he had bought for her. He shared a photo with a giant red bow. "It's all yours here in L.A., who's waiting for you."

Haddish wrote: "Thank God for the good people who want to spread happiness."

Indeed, Haddish was talking about buying a Tesla for a while. In December, she told Ellen DeGeneres: "I would like to give me a Tesla, but then I saw how much it cost. Then DeGeneres tells Haddish that they rented him a white Tesla for a week
