Is there today a more dominant player in fantasy football than Todd Gurley? Every week, the back of the Los Angeles Rams seems to be making a name for himself.

Take, for example, his match against the Broncos on a snowy day in the air of Denver. All Gurley did was he who had 208 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 7.4 yards per race. He has already scored 11 League touchdowns in six games.

(Note: we're trying a new format with our fantastic football roundup this week – heroes, zeros, wounds, and first-choice whistleblowers – tell us what you think.)

Hero

As expected, the match Atlanta-Tampa Bay was an offensive shootout, with a total of 63 points scored. Jameis Winston of the Bucs scored 395 yards and four touchdowns and Matt Ryan of the Falcons had 354 yards and three goals.

Adam Thielen (11 assists, TD 123 yards), the distant Minnesota Vikings receiver, played his sixth consecutive game with over 100 yards to start the season. It's an NFL record. Is it the equivalent recipient of Gurley? Or just in the first three?

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie James Conner scored 129 yards and a pair of touchdowns. However, this could be the last week of Conner's elite production. The Steelers are on leave next week and leader Veon Bell has announced his intention to return to the team with an eye on playing in the 8th week.

Los Angeles Chargers goaltender Melvin Gordon wore 18 times for 132 yards and scored three touchdowns. He also caught two passes for 18 yards. His 35.0 fantastic points in PPR Sunday are second only to Gurley's 36 points.

However, he was not the winner of …

Broad shoulders

Our weekly honor for the player who led his fantastic teams to victory goes to half Vikings Latavius Murray.

He did not score the most fantastic points, but again, his owners did not expect him to do it. With Dalvin Cook declared inactive before the game, Murray's value jumped tremendously. The RB2 consensus has collected 155 yards and one touchdown over 24 races. He also had a three-yard catch to give him a total of 22.8 fantasy points (PPR score).

Murray's big day gave many fantasy owners the unexpected boost they needed to win.

Fantasy Zeros

Who did not come for their Sunday fantasy owners?

Despite offensive fireworks around him, Mike Evans of the Buccaneers did not concede four passes for a 58-yard win.

Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard has only 69 rushing yards and lost a fumble. At the same time, his teammate Tarik Cohen played with 31 rushing yards and one touchdown, as well as seven catches for 90 yards.

In the wake of his massive 219-yard effort last week, New York Jets midfielder Isaiah Crowell could only get 40 yards on the ground and 12 yards on a total of 15 hits.

Houston Texans quarterback DeShaun Watson has only rushed for 177 yards against the Buffalo Bills and has only 2 yards. He had a TD pass, but two interceptions and three fumbles (lost one).

Finally, the Jacksonville Jaguars defense was widely regarded as the best in the league. They did not look like Dallas in a 40-7 loss. They only had three bags and did not impose any turnaround.

Painful wounds

Grand receiver Cooper Kupp and Calvin Ridley started the week in first place tied for second place, but both suffered injuries in the first half of their games, which significantly reduced their production.

Kupp had his knee bent awkwardly when he was injured at the end of a 12-yard run. He tried to come back after half-time, but was removed after a series. Meanwhile, Ridley is injured in the ankle and came out after catching three passes for 47 yards.

In addition, Amari Cooper was eliminated from the game after being brutally hit by a helmet at the beginning of the second quarter. He did not come back and finished without catching.

Early waiver

In anticipation of potential takeovers of the coming week …

Miami Dolphins Ageless Frank Gore had 15 carries for 101 yards (6.7 per race) and a catch of 18 yards. He could also take a step forward with his teammate Kenyan Drake, who loses a crucial breakaway on the goal line in overtime.

Also, wide dolphins Albert Wilson had a pair of long notes among his six catches for 155 yards.

Speaking of several scores, Tyrell Williams Los Angeles shippers had 118 yards at his three receptions – two of them for touchdowns.

The bodies receiving the New York Jets were overthrown with Jermaine Kearse carrying nine passes for 94 yards and Terrelle Pryor get five receptions for 57 yards and a score. So much for Quincy Enunwa and Robby Anderson …

And if a week off last week prevented you from taking Bears Wideout Taylor Gabriel after his 104-yard touchdown, two touchdowns in Week 4, his Sunday follow-up should be enough to push you over the goal. Gabriel caught his five targets for 110 more yards.
