SEATTLE (AP) – Todd Gurley rushed for three touchdowns, Jared Goff scored 321 yards and a score, and the Los Angeles Rams remained undefeated on Sunday by sidelining the Seahawks 33-31.

Playing without their top two receivers due to concussions suffered late in the first half, the Rams relied heavily on Goff, Gurley and wide receiver Robert Woods to escape Seattle and improve to 5-0.

Gurley scored on a two-yard run in the first quarter and added touchdowns of 2 and 5 yards in the second half. Gurley's third goal in the second game of the fourth quarter resulted in the Rams in 31-30. But the new kicker, Cairo Santos, managed the extra points attempt and Seattle maintained a lead of one point.

Santos bought the ball with a 39-yard goal with 6:05 left to give the Rams a 33-31 lead, limiting them to 61 yards in four and a half minutes.

There was still time for Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson, but Seattle (2-3) made two critical mistakes after coming to a victory. Wilson hit Tyler Lockett for 44 yards in the second game of the race to the Rams' 32-yard line. But two penalties allowed the Seahawks to earn 45 points. Cory Littleton lobbied Wilson. The third 23, Wilson put pressure on the pocket.

He never recovered the ball.

Gurley ran 12, 2 and 7 yards, but was stuffed on the third and 1 at the 42 with a time of 1:39 left. The Rams initially trotted against striker Johnny Hekker, but after Seattle used its last timeout, Los Angeles put the offensive on the field. Goff attacked in fourth position to attack him.

The Rams lost their first two receivers when Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp both suffered a concussion at the end of the first half. They turned to Josh Reynolds, Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett to make up for absences.

And of course, a lot of Gurley on the ground. Gurley finished with 77 yards on 22 runs. Woods caught five catches for 92 yards.

Wilson threw three touchdowns and Seattle racked up the 100-yard 100-yard loss for a third consecutive game while Chris Carson had 116 yards. The match was the basis for all of Wilson's success in the air, while Seattle finished the match with 190 yards rushing, including 68 yards and a Mike Davis touchdown.

While Los Angeles needed to respect the race, Wilson found his advantage. The 39-yard TD pass to Lockett in the first half was eliminated, as was the 30-yard pass for David Moore in the third quarter. Both times, Rams' cornerback Marcus Peters was beaten and the Seahawks got the big games needed to stay with the Rams. Moore also had a TD take of 3 yards.

INJURY

The cooks suffered a concussion as a result of a major blow, with the second Cooks being touched by Tedric Thompson as he was crossing the field. Most of the shots had hit Thompson's shoulder, but there had been a helmet-to-helmet impact and the Cooks seemed to be immediately knocked out. He jogged off the field but was dismissed early in the second half.

Kupp was also lost as a result of a concussion, although the game he was injured on was not obvious. Kupp was desperate in the end zone in the last game of the first half, but did not join his teammates to start the third quarter.
